Since our opening, The Barkery has been known for its beautiful facility, excellence in dog care and friendly staff. As our reputation spreads and out client base grows, we will continue to expand our staff.
Attention Dog Lovers! We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as part-time employees! The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily care and well-being of the dogs in our facility. This includes feeding, cleaning, exercising, and monitoring the health of the dogs. Team members will also assist with customer service, ensuring a positive experience for pet owners.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- A Love for Dogs: Provide daily care to dogs, including feeding, watering, and administering medications as needed. Ensure dogs receive adequate exercise and socialization through walks, playtime, and supervised group activities.
- Strong Sense of Hospitality & Customer Service: Go above & beyond to provide our guests with an enjoyable stay & create a “home away from home” for each individual dog. Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, answer questions from pet owners, and provide updates on their pets.
- Team Player: Ability to work efficiently on a team and contribute to the overall goals & culture of The Barkery Family.
- Maintain a Safe & Clean Environment: Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both the animals and staff. Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by regularly cleaning kennels, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Ability to be flexible with hours & schedule.
